When an interval is over, the interruptron notifies the user. There are two ways of doing this, by a message popup or by a sound. You can select which one to use (or use them both). You can also use your own personalized sounds by simply pointing the interruptron to the wav files you want to use.

Note: there are two popups, for entering and for leaving rest time. They will show two buttons. If you press ok, you accept the recommended action, and a new counter will start. If you press the alternative button, then the same clock will keep counter and you will pass on the opportunity. For example, after coming back from a scheduled rest, if you don’t press the ‘go back to work’ button, then the red  clock will count it as interruption (since you didn’t go back to work, it must consider it an unscheduled pause!).
